Symmetrix Circle program is still as active as always. It is an idea, which can be adapted into any work-out. I personally like to use it 2-3 times a week and have been for years. It is always inspiring and natural. The idea is simple: to aim for symmetria in movement to turn the thoughts focus from feeling strain from work-out itself and instead to think of the visual inspiration of functional movement with the body´s natural, symmetric way to do work-out while exercising. Symmetrix is a simple work-out idea easy to adapt into any exercise. We are working on how to more largely share it in the net, in videos - as well as for groups. Please contact for more information! Symmetrix is 1.natural for the human body and mind, 2.uses same idea as nature aiming for symmetria, 3.can be used by anyone at any age from professional athletes to beginners or the recovering and 5.uses equipments and tools already at the home. In addition, Symmetrix helps creativity and needs no large spaces to be used.
Symmetrix idea is simple and easy to adapt: use what the body by itself already is by creating symmetrical and creative movement and formations. In any sport or work-out. In small spaces or big events.

As you do Symmetrix moves, your minds creativity is naturally fed. Exercise becomes light and connected to you. Nature aims for symmetria - but very few things are. So the aim in movement is the main thing. Symmetrix can be adapted into any exercise from competetive to recovery.

Symmetrix- idea is simple: a natural, symmetrical movement altering from both sides and in the way you wish! Creative exercise, which enables the mind to invent and gather thoughts the same time. You can do Symmetrix slowly, without sweating - or with a more challenging work-out to get fit at home. Symmetrix is a free work-out idea, which can be adapted into any exercise you choose from home to even professional athletics!
The waist=keep it flexible and open. The back=keep leg muscles strong to support it. The neck=never over-do exercise with it, but remember to include in to movements. The stomach=squats, natural movements and waist side strenght for it. Food=can eat sweet, if most eaten is not. Water=enough is when it feels right. Rest=with no sound. Sound=with your personal rhythm. Place=good quality in its air. Tools=all safe basic house-hold furniture and cloths. Time=1-2 hours needed. Enjoy! See photos here and symmetrix.fi!

SYMMETRIX Home Exercise tip of the day:if you include a lot of jumps in your work-out,have proper insoles made by a physiotherapist.Most people have an un-symmetric body .All do to some level. A i m i n g for symmetria in work-out is the key:not to be that.:-) My left knee was sore,because my right foot was a bit higher.The left one tried to create balance when jumping and got sore.Symmetric formations is natures aim,but not its way.This is why SYMMETRIX is so good:your body tells naturally which moves it needs.No injuries can happen with it.Sore knee was for bad insoles.Check out your nearest physiotherapist- ask for insoles for work-out!
