CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️

This customer ordered two dresses from our business and paid a deposit. Our orders take 8–20 business days to arrive, but during this period, she continuously messaged us regarding the status of her orders. Once the dresses arrived, we contacted her promptly regarding the remaining balance. She was given the required time to clear the balance, and we continued holding the dress for her instead of putting it back up for sale.

During this period, there were several delays and different reasons given regarding the remaining payment. We continued trying to communicate, calling her and even gave her reminders, while keeping her dress aside. Unfortunately she didn't even bother responding back nor picking up the calls.

As clearly stated in our business policy, customers are given 28 days to clear their remaining balance. Once that period has passed, unpaid items may be placed on sale, and we are no longer able to hold them indefinitely.

The required payment period has now passed, and this customer has contacted us after 3 months regarding the item/refund of money. If you can't afford to buy from us, you better not waste our time. I can say a lot more and show more of the screenshots regarding this woman, about what she did but I choose not to because this is a Business page and we'd like to keep things respectful and professional. Funny thing she blocked our page after fussing for no reason.

We have attached the screenshots of our conversations so that customers can see the situation and communication for themselves.
We understand that circumstances can happen, but as a small business, we also have policies that we need to follow. The 28-day policy applies to every customer equally.

Please note: We don't mean to belittle anyone but respect comes both ways. We are all humans and we are also working hard, collecting batch orders and getting things to all the customers on time.
Requesting if the customers could be a little respectful and understanding while doing business with us or with any other businesses.
