I train the hairdressers for FOC for half day regarding the permanent colours, the semi permanent colours,the midway colours!the toners, the underlining pigmentation of the colours and also regarding permanent colours:
Colours may seem easy to you but it is how you understand them. Your scale to measure the colours is the most important to the knowledge as a hairdresser how to mix colours is the most important knowledge and one thing I have learned today as people bleach their hair with 40 V and think it’s a faster process which is not right. 1. Split ends everywhere.
If your ends look frayed, thin, or you can literally see splitting, your hair isn’t just “a bit dry” it’s breaking. Your bathroom sink or clothes are covered in little bits of hair after brushing.

2. Your style won’t hold anymore.
If your usual blowout, curls, or sleek look drops quickly or looks uneven, your shape has grown out.

3. It’s lost its shape.
Layers look bulky or flat, your fringe sits weird, or your cut just doesn’t fall right anymore.

4. Ends feel rough or tangly.
