📍 WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY AS A MEMBER OF THE MARKETING TEAM?
The Omni Channel & Events Coordinator is a hands-on role focused on the seamless ex*****on of digital, media, and shopper marketing activities across Fiji and the Pacific Islands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Pan Pacific, this role is responsible for translating high-level brand strategies into live campaigns, in-store activations, and digital content. You will manage the day-to-day logistics of agency outputs, retailer requirements, and event coordination to ensure every brand touchpoint is executed with excellence.
✅ WHAT YOU WILL DO
🔹 Campaign & Media Ex*****on
▪️ Agency Coordination: Act as the primary daily contact for the media agency to ensure all campaign assets (banners, videos, copy) are delivered and go live on schedule.
▪️ Content Implementation: Upload, monitor, and update content across web, mobile, and social media platforms.
▪️ Influencer Logistics: Identify, brief, and coordinate with Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines.
▪️ Social Monitoring: Conduct daily social listening and community management, responding to consumer inquiries and escalating potential issues to the cross-functional team.
🔹 Shopper & Retail Activation (The "Last Mile")
▪️ In-Store Implementation: Coordinate the end-to-end ex*****on of shopper marketing plans for 8 Key Accounts in Fiji and 9 Distributors in the Pacific Islands.
▪️ POSM Management: Oversee the production, distribution, and installation of Point of Sale Materials (POSM), ensuring displays are compliant and high-quality.
▪️ Event Coordination: Manage the physical logistics for key brand activations, including OHM, S4M, and Christmas programs (e.g., booking venues, organizing promoters, and managing kit lists).
▪️ Retailer Alignment: Work directly with retailer digital teams to ensure brand assets are correctly placed within their digital ecosystems and "e-shelf" environments.
🔹 Operational & Financial Support
▪️ Budget Tracking: Perform monthly budget reconciliations for ANP (Advertising & Promotion) spend, ensuring all invoices are processed and tracked against the plan.
▪️ Performance Reporting: Pull data and compile weekly/monthly reports on digital campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs for the Brand leads.
▪️ Asset Auditing: Regularly audit digital and physical retail touchpoints to ensure the brand is represented correctly and consistently.
▪️ Data Maintenance: Utilize Nielsen and internal sales data to update tracking sheets that inform future activation adjustments.
🎯 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
▪️ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪️ Proven experience in a "hands-on" Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Agency role (CPG experience strongly preferred).
▪️ Demonstrated experience in project coordination—moving a project from a brief to a finished physical or digital product.
▪️ Experience managing vendors, printers, or creative agencies.

You will help design and deliver engaging education, coordinate outreach programs, and support evidence-informed public health efforts that promote oral health equity. The ideal candidate has a dental or oral health background and is passionate about working with communities, students, and partners to improve population-level health outcomes.
✅ WHAT YOU WILL DO
🔹 Academic Engagement & Professional Education
▪️ Network Coordination: Support and coordinate Colgate’s professional education activities across Fiji and the Pacific Islands, ensuring they are relevant and community-focused.
▪️ Educator Support: Work with the Colgate Professional Educator Network, offering regular updates, coaching, and support so educators feel confident sharing current oral health information and product knowledge.
▪️ Teaching & Guest Sessions: Deliver accessible, practice-oriented sessions for dental, oral health, dental hygiene, and pharmacy students, as well as academic staff, with a focus on real-world public health and community applications.
▪️ Learning Materials: Develop and refresh user-friendly, evidence-informed learning materials and resources that reflect current literature, public health guidance, and Colgate’s oral care range.
▪️ University Partnerships: Help strengthen partnerships with universities, including the FNU hub, through joint projects, student development activities, funding agreements, student prizes, and graduation support, with an emphasis on community impact.
🔹 Public Health Strategy & Community Engagement
▪️ Program Delivery: Lead and grow community-based oral health promotion initiatives, including full management of the Bright Smiles, Bright Future (BSBF) program, which distributes over 500,000 kits annually, ensuring activities are inclusive and reach underserved groups.
▪️ Community Insights: Use public health data and community feedback to help shape targeted oral health activities for underserved or at-risk populations, in collaboration with local partners.
▪️ Project Support: Support implementation and training for fluoride varnish and other oral health programs, working closely with public health and community teams.
▪️ Advocacy & Awareness: Contribute to simple, clear advocacy materials and briefing documents that support oral health policy discussions and raise awareness of oral health as part of overall wellbeing.
🔹 Scientific Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
▪️ Professional Community Leadership: Help convene and engage a regional network of over 150 dental professionals, encouraging collaboration, shared learning, and community-focused practice.
▪️ Events & Meetings: Coordinate Colgate’s participation in professional and public health events, CPD activities, and conferences, including basic logistics, funding requests, and liaison with internal teams.
▪️ Representation: Represent Colgate at key public health and professional events (at least three annually) by giving practical, audience-friendly presentations or welcome remarks that highlight community impact and partnership.
