Wow! The focus, the breath, the flow! In honor of the full moon I like to bring in a moon salutation. Not only does it bring a challenge to the mind and the body it also forces us to release expectations! How often do you put pressure on yourself to live up to how you have been told it should be? Or how you think something should be? No one should place these expectations upon you….acceptance and forgiveness is key to staying present and positive. Remember failure (or what we believe to be failure) is here to teach us! It’s how we learn

THE WEEKLY YOGA JOURNEY ✨

These three classes weren’t put together randomly. They are the practice I would choose for myself each week.

A journey that begins by grounding the body, builds strength and confidence, and then creates space to soften, release and be still.

WEDNESDAY · HATHA
Ground, reconnect and build strong foundations.

THURSDAY · POWER
Challenge yourself, develop strength and explore what your body can do.

FRIDAY · YIN
Slow down, soften and give your body and mind time to integrate.

Each style supports the next. Together, they create a balanced and sustainable weekly practice—one that meets us where we are while helping us grow stronger over time.

All classes are 9:15–10:15am at Moment, Valbonne Village.

Weekly Journey · 3 classes · €40
Four-Week Journey · 12 classes · €150

You don’t need to be advanced. You simply need to be willing to begin.

Limited to six spaces.

Rituals, self care, reminders that we are all special and deserve space and time to come back to ourselves, discover what really makes a difference to our everyday lives….practicing being present is not a tick box like ensuring you get your gym workout of a reformer session….its a way of life and the more we practice the more we can experience freedom! Creating small steps and rituals throughout your day to be still, to breathe slower and step away brings more clarity and calm each day! I had these beautiful bespoke candles made by in Valbonne Village using only natural products and once lit you will feel the scent carrying you and your mind away from the noise!

Throw back to last December when we had a magical day! One of those beautiful days coming together to experience different practices! I made sure everyone had yummy treats and tea whilst we got to share some moments of Kundalini with Aashika Harie and Soma with ….it went far too quickly! No one wanted to leave - time to do another one?! Creating space mentally and physically is something I’m extremely passionate about! The more we learn the more we share and create that ripple effect of love ❤️

One whole year of Moment 🤍

On 9 September, this little space in Valbonne village turns one.

A year ago, I opened the door with an idea: to create somewhere people could pause, move, breathe and reconnect—not only with themselves, but with one another.

Since then, Moment has held yoga classes, workshops, conversations, laughter, quiet moments, new beginnings and so many wonderful people.

Like all meaningful things, it has grown and evolved along the way. It is still becoming—and so am I.

Thank you to every person who has stepped through the door, practised with me, supported the studio, shared it with others or brought their own work and energy into the space.

Moment may be small, but it has a very big heart.

Happy first birthday, Moment. Here’s to everything still to come 🤍

My yoga journey began 15 years ago at Kaliyoga in Spain.

Since then, my practice has followed me through many different stages of life—and it has never looked exactly the same.

There have been times when I needed strength, challenge and movement. Other times called for softness, stillness and rest. I have explored different styles, changed my approach and learnt to trust what my body and mind need now, rather than forcing myself to practise in a particular way.

That is something I feel strongly about as a teacher: there is no single “right” yoga practice.

We are all different. Our bodies are different. Our energy, experiences and needs are different—and they can change from one day or season to the next.

A sustainable practice meets you where you are. It challenges you when you are ready, supports you when you need it and leaves room for you to evolve.

And strength can build surprisingly quickly when we practise consistently and sustainably—not through punishment or force, but by returning to ourselves again and again.

Yoga isn’t about achieving the most impressive shape. It is about developing the awareness to recognise which practice will genuinely serve you.

After 15 years, I am still learning, adapting and trusting mine.

That, to me, is the practice.

A practice.

05/09/2026

How can we move forward, evolve—or even stay strong—without rest, reset and reflection?

We are rarely encouraged to pause. And even when our bodies ask us to, how often do we truly listen?

We are led to believe that we must keep pushing, forcing and staying busy. Just keep swimming…

But rest is not the opposite of progress. It is part of it.

Throughout every yoga practice I lead, I make space for the body and mind to catch up with one another. Child’s pose is a beautiful example: a small pocket of stillness in which we can breathe, soften and reset.

Physically, child’s pose can gently lengthen the spine, release tension through the back and shoulders, stretch the hips, thighs and ankles, and encourage slower, deeper breathing into the back and sides of the ribs.

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is pause long enough to hear what we need.

Rest. Reset. Reflect. Then move forward.
