💫Whilst you're lying comfortably I'll start our session with acupressure to the face & neck 💁‍♀️ I'll follow this with an ayurvedic-inspired massage sequence to unstick connective tissues, fire up individual muscle groups, and balance energy points. Then I'll sweep the face to unblock and stimulate lymph drainage 💛 I'll end with a head massage to stimulate the scalp & increase circulation, finally I'll close by balancing your energy to leave YOU feeling relaxed but vibrant, centred & at peace.
