Let's Smile and Do Yoga

In 2014 I finished Intense Yoga Theraphy Teacher Training in India in order to deal with my own health problems. As my fascination and love of yoga grew, I have continued my education and finished Pre - natal, Post - natal and Kid's Yoga training in January 2015. And finally in May 2015 I was cerified as Ashtanga and Viniasa Flow teacher. I have been sharing my passion to yoga teaching for a while in Yoga studio in India. Now, moving to France I would love to continue that. I believe that anyone and everyone can benefit from yoga. Through the practice of physical postures, breathing and relaxation, yoga allows you to build strength, flexibility, coordination and vitality, it helps to re-establish the connection between body and mind.
