🇫🇷 Mais maintenant, j’ai besoin d’un vrai repos.

Chaque fin d’année, les récapitulatifs envahissent Instagram.
Cette année, je ne me sentais pas alignée avec cet exercice.

Et pourtant, 2025 a été la plus belle année de ma vie, professionnellement et personnellement.
Avec ses hauts, ses bas, mais une année profondément transformatrice.

L’an dernier, voyager et être loin des réseaux m’avait aidée malgré moi.
Cette année, je fais ce choix consciemment.

Je serai en vacances du 22 décembre au 4 janvier.
Instagram sera désinstallé juste après le dernier épisode de mon Calendrier de l’Avent podcast, et jusqu’à mon retour.

Cette année, je préfère me souvenir en écrivant dans mon journal
plutôt que d’essayer d’impressionner des inconnus.

Cette année, je choisis de garder mes réussites précieusement,
pour que personne ne puisse les abîmer.

Cette année, je choisis la paix plutôt que le bruit.
