[WE ARE HIRING] - Senior HR & ADMIN

IPSIP are searching for a Senior HR and Admin to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
C&B Admin & Office
• Prepare, follow up labor contract / annex and C&B related documents
• Track & record employee’s attendance & prepare the payroll
• Make all reports and manage issues related to Social insurance, Health
• Complete monthly/quarterly/annually personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department. Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees
• Coordinate and proceed for Work permit, Residence Card, Visa for expatriates who is the employee of the company
• Ensure the annual PIT Finalisation at the end of the fiscal year
• Oversee regulatory compliance and reporting, company employee communication and employee safety and welfare
• Be compliance with ISO policy in daily operations
Internal accounting:
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting service about invoices collecting, financial reports, tax, audit and other accounting issues
• Issue VAT invoices
• Manage and archive all HR-Accounting's related documents

REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in similar position
• HR local Law knowledge
• Can communicate in English (TOEIC 650 or equivalent)
• Honestly, discretion, attention to detail
• Long term commitment
• Excellent MS Office skills
