No one made a law that gives men the right to cheat while denying women that right.

In most countries, there is no law that says men are allowed to cheat but women are not. What often exists is a double standard in some cultures and societies, where a man's infidelity may be more tolerated while a woman's is judged more harshly. That is a social attitude, not a legal right.

In a healthy relationship or marriage:
Both partners are expected to be faithful if they have agreed to be exclusive.

Cheating by either a man or a woman can damage trust and hurt the relationship.

The same standards should apply to both partners.
