Yet, in this raw and sublime setting, he finds refuge. A humble host welcomes him, inviting him to sit by the fire, where the warmth of the hearth revives him. The tendrils of incense, still clinging to his clothes, gently rise, mingling with the air imbued with smoked wood. Then comes a moment of warmth. A mint tea is offered to him, hot, sweet, vibrant. The bright freshness of the leaves, blended with comforting vapors, transcends the moment. The flavor of this mint, combined with the soothing scent of incense, brings him immense comfort. Mint Tea is the embodiment of this suspended moment. Each note is an ode to the journey, an olfactory crossing where extremes meet, where the luminous freshness of mint meets the sweetness of incense and the enveloping sensuality of vanilla.

This perfume is an evocation of my holiday memories and the smells that marked these moments. Under the late afternoon sun, I remember those walks through the maquis which exuded the scents of lemon, lavender, rosemary, myrtle, and mint, sometimes interspersed with the heady smell of a plant of immortelles. It was a quest for the perfect cliff from which to dive into the cool water of the river. This freshness, mixed with grapefruit and lemon, is exactly what I wanted to capture in Citron Macaron.”
