Since the very beginning, Hanae Mori never did anything halfway. In the 1960s, she crossed the Atlantic and introduced her unique style: traditional Japanese motifs on Western silhouettes, the iconic “East meets West.”

In 1977, she became the first Asian woman admitted to the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, a historic milestone that confirmed her talent and bold vision.
For four decades, she explored every style: floral and animal-print evening gowns, refined lace cocktail dresses, ultra-chic 3D suits, always crafted from exceptional Japanese fabrics.
