You’ll find controversial ingredients in many of their drinks. Plus, most of them are LOADED with refined white sugar…I’m talking over 50 grams per drink!
White sugar sounds harmless, but it is one of the worst ingredients to consume in excess. When you drink sugar, it’s easily and rapidly absorbed by your body - causing a very rapid rise and fall of blood sugar - which over time, wreaks havoc on your health and weight.
All that white sugar in our food and drinks are slowly poisoning us. That’s why when I make treats at home, I do my best to use whole foods like bananas and dates as sweeteners.
