Amina and the glam squad!
The one thing about Amina is that she loves glam and she KNOWS how to appreciate good makeup and hair.
I will be filming the tutorial for the look, I promise! It was special because although she wanted something very fresh, I knew there would be 2958294 pictures taken of her that night so I went with super light textures applied in layers to achieve something that felt light but looked great in pictures.
My dear friend and colleague (in the last picture) did the hair and that is NOT just a ponytail! To quote Amina “I wish everything in life is as solid as this ponytail!” 😅

Beauty inspiration doesn’t always come from a makeup bag.
Sometimes it comes from the most random things such as the texture of an old stone wall, the elegance of simplicity or even food! Those butter roses looked (and tasted) soo good!

I have a theory about red lipstick: on me, it looks 10x better with white than it ever does with black. There’s something about a crisp white outfit and a red lip that makes everything feel instantly more chic, more intentional, more expensive.
What I wear absolutely influences my makeup choices, especially lipstick. The same shade can look completely different depending on the outfit, the fabric, even the mood of the look.
