Lancôme Parfum

s a perfume company, launching five fragrances in time for the 1935 World's Fair in Brussels, Belgium. The company later expanded its offering to include cosmetics and skin care products for men and women. Today, the company maintains a high profile through its ad campaigns featuring top models and celebrities as captured by leading fashion photographers. A notable association with actress Isabella Rossellini lasted 14 years, and the company began featuring Rossellini's daughter, Elettra Rossellini Wiedemann, starting in 2009. Emma Watson of "Harry Potter" fame recently advertised Lancôme's Tresor Midnight Rose fragrance. The first fragrances from Lancôme in 1935 are womens' scents Tendre Nuit, Bocages, Conquete, Kypre and Tropiques. Lancôme joined the L'Oreal family in 1964, after which many of their classic and best-loved fragrances were produced, including Climat, Magie Noire and Tresor. Lancome is an old perfume house. The earliest edition was created in 1947 and the newest is from 2016. Lancome fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Christine Nagel, Celine Barel, Alain Astori, Annick Menardo, Daniela (Roche) Andrier, Christian Biecher, Gerard Goupy, Jacques Cavallier, Armand Petitjean, Thierry Wasser, Maurice Roucel, Christophe Raynaud, Olivier Cresp, Robert Gonnon, Domitille Bertier, Sophie Labbe, Harry Fremont, Christian Mathieu, Dominique Ropion, Olivier Gillotin, Shyamala Maisondieu, Ilias Ermenidis, Fabrice Pellegrin, Olivier Polge, Anne Flipo, Calice Becker, Pauline Zanoni, Nathalie Lorson, Alberto Morillas, Francis Kurkdjian, Amandine Marie, Sophia Grojsman, Veronique Nyberg and Alienor Massenet.
