Some recent breakfast faves since I’m trying to be the kind of person whose breakfast doesn’t just consist of whatever is leftover on my kid’s plate that I can throw in my mouth 🍽️ These have become my favorite easy to-gos! For morning oats I love throwing some shredded coconut, mango, and pomegranates on top. The green muffins were originally for my kids but have become MY obsession, especially with some no sugar Greek yogurt on top for a protein boost. And for my protein balls this week I added dried cherries and banana chips ☀️ I couldn’t keep up with sourdough (like truly how do you guys do it?!?!) but these bites I can do!
