Slipping into a slowing down week takes my mindfulness practices to another space where simplicity to live the present moment is the most valuable gift.
Enjoying the sweetness and tenderness of the sun on the méditerranean coast in October makes it my favourite place in this season of the year✨️

Standing together with any cancers campaign as much as I can.

In 2017 my mother left after a strong battle against uterus cancer and last year I have had to go through a small surgery to eradicate pre-cancer cells to preven their evolution into what could be cancer cells in ten years from now.
Small preventing actions are huge in the fight against any cancers. I will always stand strong with any cancer campaign and I am glad La Clinique Geoffroy Saint Hilaire- Clinique Ramsay where I have had surgery supports Pink October Breast Cancer Awareness.
