Let me introduce you to my new invention « Healthy Dressing »

You, too, can join this Style / craze / phenomenon by leaping out of bed straight into gym kit.
Proceed then to spend all day doing normal things whilst radiating healthy-ness due to wearing ‘kit’ 😉

The only other criteria for « Healthy Dressing » is the sure and certain knowledge from the moment the first sock is pulled on, that at no time is there any intention of actually doing any exercise 😉

Added value, but not mandatory, is a Holier-Than-Thou attitude which can be carried over into non healthy dressing days.

I’m going to create a YouTube channel about this soon.
I promise you it works.

Given the sudden drop in temperature this will be me this week.

4 trousers 6 tops and 2 warmer layers ( low 20’s in Warsaw )
Now take 1/3 away and only travel with hand luggage 🙂
