Garden of Abi

A space for women to return to themselves —
through breath, movement, and ritual.

This is the work I’ve been building quietly over time.

And the work I continue to deepen —
in my own life, and with the women I guide.

This is The Abi Method.

Ground. Grow. Glow.

Lately, I’ve been reminded that we don’t always need more.

We need support.

I’m currently in the middle of a personal transition —
packing up my home, moving into something new,
and navigating everything that comes with it.

And I can honestly say:

it hasn’t been easy.

3am wake-ups,
a mind full of lists,
moments where everything feels a little too much.

But instead of trying to do more or control everything,
I’ve been returning to something very simple:

small rituals.

A breath.
A pause.
A few minutes to come back into my body.

Not perfectly.
Not consistently.
But enough to stay grounded and not spiral.

Because when life is moving,
we don’t need intensity.

We need something to hold onto.

For me, that’s what rituals are.

🌿

Many of the rituals I return to in moments like this live inside the Spring Guide.

I haven’t been very present here the past days.

I’ve been packing up my home,
moving through a personal transition,
and doing my best to stay gentle with myself in the process.

Spring speaks of new beginnings —
and I feel like I’m truly living that on many levels right now.

Not always in a graceful way.
Not always with clarity.
But with movement.

And that’s what I keep coming back to:

movement, no matter what it looks like.

A bike ride.
A few sun salutations.
Even a few jumping jacks between boxes.

Because when everything feels like it’s shifting,
it’s not about doing it perfectly.

It’s about not staying stuck.

This time, I’m also doing something differently.

I’m tending to my own needs
while everything around me is in motion.

And I can feel the difference.

More strength.
More resilience.
More forgiveness towards myself.

I truly believe this comes from the rituals I’ve built over time —
and from learning to move with the energy of the season, instead of against it.

Spring is here.
Fresh.
Uncertain.
Full of potential.

Even if we yet yet know where it’s leading.

Dismantling my balcony garden to give it a new home by the coast.

Tending to a garden has taught me so much about boundaries.

I’ve often let my plants grow a little wild —
allowing them to take their authentic shape
without too much control.

But even nature needs tending.

Direction.
Space.
Regular realignment.

A check-in on what fits,
what no longer fits,
and what needs to be gently guided back into balance.

In that way, a garden is not so different
from relationships, parenting, or life itself.

Today, with tears in my eyes
and lightness in my soul,
I know this is not an ending.

It is a threshold.

A quiet making-space
for the next garden —
the one I will one day tend from my own home,
watching it flower and bear fruit
for generations to come.

Spring carries the energy of new beginnings.
And right now, I’m letting that energy accompany me.

Some rituals change with life.
And some return
to help us realign with nature,
and with ourselves.

My rhythm has changed.

I used to wake early,
prepare breakfast,
make bento boxes,
and move through mornings
in a very different way.

Life was different.
And I was different too.

Now, I often eat later.
I listen more closely to what my body actually wants.
Some days that means brunch instead of breakfast.
Some days it means warm food, slow mornings,
or simply not forcing a routine that no longer fits.

And maybe that’s part of what this season is teaching me:

to stop trying to be who I was
and meet myself where I am now.

Our bodies change.
Our needs change.
Our energy changes.

What if we let our rituals change with us?

🌿 The Seasonal Guides are built around exactly that —
supporting the body through the rhythms of real life.

Why rituals matter most when life feels uncertain

We often think of rituals as something extra —
something beautiful to do when life is calm.

But in truth, rituals matter most
when life feels uncertain.

When stress is high.
When things are shifting.
When we feel ungrounded, overwhelmed,
or emotionally scattered.

I know this not only through my work,
but through my own life.

Some of the deepest rituals I return to today
were born in moments
when I needed something steady to hold onto.

A cup of tea.
A breath before reacting.
A moment of stillness before the day begins.

Simple, yes.
But when practiced consistently,
these small moments begin to change
the way we move through life.

This is also why ritual is one of the pillars
of The Abi Method.

Not as decoration.
But as support.

Because when life changes,
we need something gentle to return to.

Paris has been changing seasons every few hours this week. 🫣

And yet, how often do we still feel unsettled when something shifts? 🤔

What often feels destabilising is not the change itself —
but the effect it has on our body, our nervous system, our sense of safety.

This is why, through life, transitions, and failures, I’ve learned that grounding is not optional.

It is my number one ritual for:

calm
clarity
health
abundance
glow
and happiness

Before we grow, we need to feel grounded enough to hold what is coming. ✨

Last weekend I had the pleasure of guiding a breath-led ritual in Brussels as part of the wellness retreat at Le Mix Hotel, in collaboration with Prestesse.

These kinds of moments always remind me why I do this work.

Behind the pace, the pressure, and the noise of everyday life, so many of us women are simply longing to feel calm in the body again.

To breathe.
To soften.
To reconnect.

This collaboration was built around that intention — offering a small but meaningful space for self-care, body-love, and nervous system support.

I left feeling grateful, inspired, and very aware of how much this kind of work is needed.

Thank you to everyone who was part of it 🌿

When life feels full, I don’t try to do more.
I return to what regulates me.

Three simple rituals I come back to daily:
– breath to calm my nervous system
– tea to slow down and reconnect
– scent to anchor the moment
Small, simple, but powerful.

Over time, these rituals don’t just support the day —
they change how I move through life.

Many of these live inside the Spring Guide.

From Paris to Brussels, this journey reminded me that how we enter a spaceshapes everything that follows.

We don’t arrive only with our bodies. We arrive with our nervous system.
And when a space allows the body to slow down,to breathe,to feel safe —something shifts.

This is the work I bring into spaces and collaborations:creating experiences that support presence, regulation, and connection.

Wishing you soft arrivals, wherever you are.

Renewal doesn’t happen by chance.
It happens when we create space for it.

Spring is a time of movement —
but without grounding, it can also feel overwhelming.

The Spring Guide was created to support this transition:
to help you release what feels heavy,
reset your energy,
and return to a clearer, more aligned state.

Inside:
– breathwork to regulate your nervous system
– gentle movement to support detox and flow
– rituals with tea and scent to anchor your days
– reflections to reconnect with your direction

This is not about doing more.
It’s about moving differently.

I recently recorded a conversation with Prestesse on conscious living, the body, and the role of ritual in our daily lives.

We spoke about how the way we care for our body — through breath, environment, and even what touches our skin — directly impacts our nervous system and sense of balance.

As we move into spring, it felt like the right moment to share this reflection on slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space for a more intentional way of living.
