So this one was a strawberry and white chocolate cake with a vanilla filling.
Designed for a Bowls player who thought the idea was fun!

Please as the temperature and humidity rises can you help a girl out and really think about the finish you want on your cakes?🥵
It’s not often I am reduced to tears with a cake but today I was! 😭
Buttercream does not work well in this and will melt! 🫠
I have had to completely bin a cake today and start over as it was just not stable enough to stand up! 🫠
I am aware that the temp is going to rise again at the end of the week, and then we are (if the weathermen are to be believed) due for a hot summer. 🌞🕶️☀️
So if you are thinking of a buttercream cake, and it’s gonna be hot/humid please spare a thought for me arguing with it and praying it will stay on the cake, or if possible switch to another covering.
