There was a small web of smiley lines around the eyes, which weren’t particularly bothersome to the patient. (As she thought 💭) so this lovely patient wasn’t sure if she wanted to have the eye area done at all. Usually, I’m never pushing for extra, but here I was surprised by myself - I did try to nudge her to have the eyes done as well, because I knew she would love the outcome. And she did. 😍 That was really rewarding, especially with first-time toxin users 🤍

I’ve already told most of my regular patients, but it’s time to announce it here too.

It’s not easy for me to say, but for now, my time in Wales has come to an end.

As a family, we’ve decided to move to Bath, England. There are a few reasons behind the decision - work, location, being closer to family, and so on. But I want to make one thing very clear: we are not leaving because we were unhappy in Wales. Quite the opposite.

We have been so incredibly happy here. We’ve felt welcomed, supported and, most importantly, at home. We’ve never felt like foreigners, and Wales has been so good to us. ❤️

And then there’s all of you 💋 You’ve been absolutely amazing and have supported me from the very beginning. I’m so touched when my regular patients tell me they’ll travel to Bath to see me - I’m not sure you’ll actually do it 😂, but it means so much to hear!

So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for trusting me, supporting me and making Wales feel like home.

Please don’t unfollow me just yet! 😂 I’m still here until November, so there’s still time for a last toxin treatment or something else before I go. I probably wouldn’t recommend starting any long treatment plans now, but we can definitely squeeze in one last appointment.

Another good example is that even in patients under 30/35 years of age, if the lines are already present and static, a one-time treatment with toxin won’t completely remove them. However, they will definitely become softer and less visible. ☝🏼

If patient continue with regular toxin treatments, the lines can become much less visible or even completely disappear over time, because they started treatment at the right stage.

Otherwise, the results are very lovely. You can see that the glabellar lines (frown lines) were only dynamic, which is why they have completely disappeared after the treatment.

We all love seeing dramatic before-and-after results following toxin treatment. But it’s important to remember that not every patient responds on the same timeline and that’s completely normal.

If you already have static lines (lines that remain visible even when your muscles are relaxed), they naturally take longer to soften. These lines are more challenging to treat, and a first treatment isn’t always the final result.

These photos were taken before I topped patient up, and results will continue to improve over the next two weeks. Most importantly, patient had already noticed softer lines, a healthy glow, and fresher, more rejuvenated-looking skin.

This is why patient education is so important. Setting realistic expectations helps patients understand that toxin treatments are a journey, not always a one-time fix.

For this patient, I would recommend treatment at least twice a year. I’m very confident that, with consistent treatments, even these deeper static lines will continue to soften and become much less noticeable over time.

Every patient starts from a different place, and every treatment journey is unique. Sometimes the most dramatic transformations simply take a little more time 💖
