This year i taking on the Kiltwalk to raise money for SAMH, a charity that provides vital support for people experiencing mental health challenges across Scotland.
Training, blisters, sore legs and all- itβs nothing compared to the difference these donations can make. Every pound raised helps support people who may be struggling and reminds them they donβt have to face things alone.
