Congratulations to my client Katie who recently won her Pre’s at the North of Scotland Championship 🏆

Katie like many highland dancers previously suffered from an ongoing Achilles injury-struggling to even walk without pain.

Initially Katie came for regular appointments to help with pain management but more importantly she followed her rehabilitation plan religiously and therefore we saw an improvement in the injury very quickly.

Not only has Katie been able to return to dance class she has since competed in 3 championships, two of which were just one day apart from each other!!

Well done Katie 👏
