Step 1 in eliminating multiple box dyes🥹
The goal being lighter and more blonde. The problem being the lift and the amount of red in the hair. If I put a colour in between the foils to neutralise the red, the semi would still fade warm and the next time I go to lighten her hair, there is even more colour to break through. I also in this session want to keep a close eye on the condition of her hair and make sure there is no breakage and assess if her hair can take more lightening in future sessions. Colour corrections take patience and dedication to the bit. The future plan is to do 1 more session like today and in the session after to add the depth back in and eliminate any remaining red tones. IF the hair allows ☺️ 4hrs30mins full head teasy lights, tone, root tap, cut, blowdry and curls!
