HOW TO BOOK:

I finally have a booking system so that you can book directly online 🥳 (thanks to Rachel). You can either click the link in the comments to book your appointment or head to the RR makeup website. We felt that it makes sense to keep booking for both Rachel and myself in one place so that if anybody wants to book in with Rachel for makeup and hair with myself then it’s either to check availability.

When you go to book you can select the service that you are looking for such e.g. makeup (make sure that the service says with Nikki if you want to book in with me). Please note that the booking system is only open 2 months in advance. My availability will be on the booking system, however if you are looking for a mid week appointment I may be able to open up extra appointments outwith school hours so it’s worth just giving me a shout if you can’t get the time that you want. You can also join a waitlist for any appointments in advance. You will not be booked in, but will be notified if/when that date becomes available.

Once you have chosen the service, date and time available then you will be asked to put in your card details to secure the booking. No payment is taken at this time, it only secures your appointment. Payment is taken by cash or card after your appointment.

You will then receive email and text confirmation of the booked appointment. A reminder will also be sent to you 3 days before the appointment.

A 48 cancellation policy is in place.

You can cancel/amend all of your own appointments.

One of the reasons that I have chosen to have a booking system is because it is not always possible for me to reply to messages when I am working with clients in the salon. I’m hoping that this will help all of my lovely clients to book in more easily 🥰
