Dare Inspirational Hairdressing

It’s with a heavy heart that due to the circumstances within the salon unfortunately Dare is closing their doors. I have been at Dare for ten years and will be sad to see it go but now on to new things 🤍

I will now be working in Stonehaven and Aberdeen. From April I will be working in Stonehaven on a Tuesday and Saturday and I will be working in Aberdeen Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I will be offering late night appointments through the week and half day Saturday.

Salon is located on the corner of Carden Place/Prince Arthur street, it has a big green door. Right round the corner from No.10 restaurant. Parking is great, plenty on street parking spaces outside the shop which you can top up every 3 hrs. It’s FREE after 6pm. Prices vary - 30mins 80p, 1hr £1.30, 2hr £2.40, 3hr £3.50. It is also a ten minute walk from holburn end of union street.

Salon is located 2mins from the square, round the corner from farmfoods. Inbetween farmfoods and the white bridge.
On street parking is free. Square parking prices vary - 1hr 50p, 2hr £1, 5hr £3, 9hr £5. It is also a 30second walk from the bus stop which has regular buses running from Aberdeen & Dundee.

I will be in Dare until the 30th March. From April onwards Stonehaven (Tuesday & Saturday) and Aberdeen (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday). Feel free to book appointments now for new salons. With heavy hearts, we have come to a decision to close the salon. Unfortunately because of unforeseen circumstances, we feel this is the best decision.

Dare has been on the Aberdeen scene for over 40 years, Neil and Debbie have been part of that for over 2 decades with taking ownership 11 years ago.

With Debbie having to take leave from the salon for the foreseeable and with rising overheads, the salon is just to big for Neil and Natalie to continue on their own.

The Salon will be closing its doors on the 30th of March. Any future appointments that have been booked will be honoured in the stylists new location. If their location does not suit, please get in contact with them.

We have been so lucky over years for having a great clientele and some great memories. We would like to thank you all for being part of it.
