Announcement:
The cost of living has hit everyone hard recently, & I've noticed that my sales have decreased over the last year or so. Even customers who always ordered every campaign, have cut back. I understand. However, my earnings have therefore decreased, while Avon has increased the cost of brochures for the second year in a row & now some delivery charges & stationery are going up for reps as well. For a long time now, I've let many customers have a brochure to themselves for the whole month of a campaign, which is fine, if they order occasionally. However, many do not order, & haven't, for a long time. These customers are actually costing me money to keep them as customers. (A lot of people don't realise reps have to pay for their brochures.)
With immediate effect, I'm stopping giving brochures to customers who haven't ordered for the last 2 years, I think that's more than fair. This will allow me to reduce the amount of brochures I order, to cater for the many loyal customers I do have.
My online store is always open 24/7 & costs me nothing, so please feel free to use that, if you are affected by this decision in any way. (Link at end). This was a hard decision, but a necessary one. Thanks for reading.
