A massage focused on body care and balancing based on individual needs (Body Balancing Massage).

Are you experiencing pain, stiffness, restricted movement, or muscle tightness?
If so... our Body Balancing Massage is the perfect solution for you.

We employ a variety of techniques designed to effectively address and relieve your specific issues.
Muscle tightness is alleviated through targeted Trigger Point Therapy, while connective tissue massage addresses stubborn fascial adhesions.
This process boosts oxygen delivery to muscle fibers and fascia while facilitating the elimination of metabolic waste and toxins from the body.
The result is reduced inflammation, improved circulation, and lasting relief from stiffness and aches. This massage style goes beyond mere pain relief; it focuses on treating and eliminating the root cause of the problem.

Lymphedema is a condition resulting from abnormalities within the lymphatic system itself, or from damage to the system caused by surgical removal or accidents.
It arises when there is an increase in body fluid that the lymphatic system cannot drain quickly enough.
Swelling develops gradually and requires treatment; it does not resolve on its own.
Swelling typically occurs in the limbs and the abdominal area.

Causes of lymphedema include:
Hereditary factors and hormonal changes (such as during puberty or pregnancy); genetic and hormonal causes are sometimes linked, though genetic cases are difficult to cure.
Cancer-related effects; swelling may occur immediately or manifest 5 to 10 years later.
Recurrent, severe infections or inflammation.
Accidents involving lacerations or deep wounds, or surgeries on the chest or abdomen that damage lymphatic vessels or nodes.
Lymphatic filariasis (elephantiasis).
Varicose veins or venous obstruction.
Damaged venous valves.
Acute swelling caused by blood clots (thrombosis).
Heart failure.
Gravity-induced swelling.
Prolonged sitting or lying down; in these cases, swelling may last only a day or a week and is easily treated.
Leakage of plasma proteins from blood vessels. Individuals with protein deficiency lack sufficient plasma protein in their bloodstream.
Those suffering from malabsorption disorders cannot absorb enough plasma protein.
Kidney dysfunction causes the kidneys to excrete plasma protein along with waste products in the urine; massage can only help manage symptoms in these cases, but massage is strictly contraindicated in cases of kidney failure.
Liver failure or hepatitis prevents the body from synthesizing albumin, which is required to produce plasma protein.

Gua Sha& massage for 90 min full body massage ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ
Stimulates Blood and Energy Flow: The scraping action stimulates microcirculation in the capillaries just beneath the skin, promoting oxygenation and nutrient delivery to tissues.
Relieves Muscle Tension and Pain: It releases tight fascia and myofascial trigger points, particularly in high-tension areas like the neck, shoulders, and back.
Releases Stagnant Heat and Toxins: According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the resulting red spots (Sha or petechiae) signify the release of trapped heat, metabolic waste, and tension from the body.
Triggers Immune and Healing Responses: The mild, localized micro-trauma prompts the bodyโ€™s natural anti-inflammatory and self-repair processes.

Stimulates Lymphatic Drainage: Promoting the natural clearance of metabolic waste and fluid build-up by brushing in the direction of superficial lymph flow.
Exfoliates Dead Skin Cells: Gently sloughing off dead skin, leaving the skin smoother, softer, and better prepared to absorb topical moisturizers.
Enhances Blood Circulation: Boosting localized capillary circulation, which helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the skin surface.
Unclogs Pores: Clearing dirt, sebum, and dead skin build-up, which helps prevent ingrown hairs and body acne.
Promotes Relaxation: Stimulating nerve endings in the skin, offering a soothing and invigorating sensory experience similar to light massage.
