I wanted to come on and give you all another little update following on from my last post.

due to my son’s needs becoming a bit more complex and with a lot less childcare available than I had originally planned for, and i am now a full time solo parent 7 days a week so it just isn’t possible at this moment and time, I’ve had to make the really difficult decision to delay my business launch for the foreseeable future.

This isn’t something I’ve taken lightly at all. I’ve put so much time, effort and love into getting everything ready behind the scenes, so it’s honestly heartbreaking to have to take this step back. But as always, my son comes first and right now he needs me more than ever.

I’m so incredibly sorry to anyone who was waiting to book in with me or supporting me ahead of my launch. Your patience, kindness and encouragement has meant the world to me, and I can’t thank you enough for that.

This isn’t the end of my journey though — just a pause. I fully intend to launch my business in the future when things are a little more settled for us 🤍

For the foreseeable, I do plan to work on a much smaller scale from my home address, offering appointments just for family and close friends.

Thank you again for sticking with me and understanding, it truly doesn’t go unnoticed ❤️

Hey lovelies,

I finally have a little update for you all 🤍

After a bit of a pause, I’m so happy to say that I will be commencing work from the 7th of May!

My hours are currently quite limited due to my son’s nursery schedule, so for now I will only be working:

* Thursdays: 1:00 – 5:30
* Fridays: 10:00 – 5:00

These days and hours will increase in due course, but for now this is what works best for both myself and my family, and I hope you can all understand 🤍

Due to my shorter working hours, I will not be offering acrylic services at the moment as they are very time consuming, and I want to make sure I can give each client the time and attention they deserve. For now, I will be focusing on:

* Basic manicures
* Gel nails
* Gel extensions
* Builder in a bottle

I will be based at Fawn Skin Clinic, 613 George Street, and I’m so excited to be working from such a lovely space.

I just want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you for your patience, kindness and continued support during this time. It honestly means more than you know and I’m so grateful for you all ❤️

unfortunately this is a bit of a negative post but it’s only right i inform you all about this as i have a list of people waiting to be booked in with myself for when i am supposed to launch.

As most of you are aware i am a mother to a 5 year old boy and up until recently i have had 50/50 with my sons dad which allowed me to have that bit of freedom for my business and also my current career, due to recent events which i will not go into much detail about i now have my son full time which has unfortunately put the business to a standstill, this is a lot to process for myself and my main priority is of course my son and his needs.

the business is very much still going to be launching as i am all set from legalities, have purchased my full kit and i am fully qualified and i still will be working from Fawn skin clinic .

i cannot confirm a date as of yet, i have put so much effort and hard work into completing my course and also getting the business set up behind the scenes so this isn’t a nice post to be writing but again my son comes first.

I will be deciding a launch date once the dust has settled with things and i am incredibly sorry for this inconvenience and i can’t thank you all enough for your continued patience and support❤️

Hey girlies!!

I’ve been super busy behind the scenes getting everything set up and i am now coming to the end of my course, as of tomorrow i will be a fully qualified nail technician😆😆

Met some lovely girls throughout my course in edinburgh and have done a lot of theory as well as practical so you girlies will be in the safest hands 🥰

When i return home it is the holidays for my son who i will have for 11 days out of 14 and then i’m back to work at my current job- due to this i will be launching the 14th of april as i will still be doing my current job as well as launching the business.

I will be working from Fawn skin clinic on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12-6 to begin with until i build up my client base and find my feet in the salon and also in the industry as this is all very new to me but so exciting!

Models - I am currently fully booked for models, although i am still to schedule exact dates for these appointments so i will be in contact to schedule these over the next week now that everything is falling into place and less chaotic🤣

New clients- i will be opening my books for new clients once all my model appointments have been carried out as these are limited slots and they are all taken, i will announce when my books are open and once they are feel free to book in with me within my working hours i have stated above.

Here’s a wee sneak peak of some of the practical side of the course below so far i have completed Full pedicure, Gel polish, Gel extensions without colour and Builder in a bottle and next month will be acrylics, i can’t wait to get going and meet all you lovely girlies and glam all of your nails - i appreciate the patience and continued interest so so much!

Just a little update for you all!

My original training course was actually meant to be today, however due to some other applicants unfortunately having to pull out, the course provider wasn’t able to run the training with just myself attending, which is completely understandable.

The good news is that I have now been booked onto a new course that will take place over 3 days in Edinburgh at the end of March, and I will officially be launching on 14th April!

in the meantime I am still practicing and working hard behind the scenes, making sure everything is perfect and ready for launch. I truly appreciate all the interest and support I’ve already received it means so much! 💗

Over the next few weeks I will be getting in touch with the girlies who have already shown interest to start arranging appointments for once I’m qualified and ready to go, so please keep an eye on your messages 💌
