𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙘𝙝 - 𝙢𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 was an idea that grew very quickly into a successful small buisness. It hit the ground running...

Since September 2021 so much has happened!

As you all know, I always have a story to tell 🤣😅

Changes have been happening behind the scenes over the past year with my analysing work and family life, so after much thought, I have made the decision to 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 my massage business.

I am incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in me and for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. Your support, loyalty, and kindness have meant more than words can express.

Thank you for the memories, conversations, the laughs and connections over the years.

I hope you are all well.

I have been making a point of cutting off social media, I have really made a deal of not going on it. Im being honest when I say im not interested in other people's lives. I also dont feel the need to constantly post mine.

Social media for work has been a great tool. I have gained most of my clients through my socials and it really gave me a great start. But im past having to post regular, to keep up with algorithms.
Im sure most buisness owners would agree social media is a large part of your work load when your editing videos and thinking what to do next etc. It is ALOT
Since putting my phone down, It has really opened my eyes!
People around me constantly on their phones and missing out on "real life" it can quite easily consume you.

At this time I feel I am so so happy and content with the clients I have. I dont feel I need to keep putting myself out there.

I simply do not have the room for anymore and I am so grateful to the ones I have.
