Going forward…

For any new clients that book in with myself from January onwards, I will be taking a non refundable deposit for the appointment. But, it will be taken off the total at the end of the service 🥰

However, if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, I will be taking that as a cancellation fee.

I don’t like to implement this as I have such wonderful, loyal clients but I’ve had too many clients this year cancel in less than 24 hours of their appointment when it’s too late at night to fill for the next day.

This is not a hobby. This is my livelihood. My career. My job. It pays for my childcare, mortgage, my weekly food shop. I’m sure no one would like to go into work & be told that they’re not getting paid. This is about looking after myself & my family whilst insuring clients have a secure, pleasant appointment.
