It’s my 6th Tropic birthday today!!

Six years since I gave in 😆and joined my leader Rhoda on this journey.

It was during lockdown 2020, I was a bit fed up at work at the medical centre - patients weren’t coming in and the days were long on reception.

I needed something to occupy my mind.

So I joined up ❤️ and it’s been one the best things I’ve done.
