The list never seems to end, and I find myself constantly wondering what I should be doing next.

Today, for once, I decided to listen to my body instead of my to-do list.

Turns out, slowing down is a lot harder than it looks. 🤍

My first solo trip to HairCon ✨

I didn’t get as much footage as I’d planned because it was SO busy and ridiculously hot inside, but I still wanted to put together a little vlog of the weekend.

Sometimes it’s nice to put the phone down and actually experience things rather than filming every second of them.

A very busy day, a lot of inspiration, and definitely worth the trip 🤍
