1. BRUSH AT LEAST TWice daily with a fluoridated toothpaste (1450ppm)

2. Brush last thing at night and at least one other time of day

3. After brushing spit out the toothpaste but do not rinse

4. interdental cleaning should preceed toothbrushing and mouthrinses should be used at a seperate time of day

5. You only require a pea-sized amount of toothpaste (Under 3 should use no more than a smear)

6. children should be supervised until at least 7 years old and the ingestion of toothpaste should be discouraged

7. Use a small headed, medium bristled toothbrush changed every 3 months Or as the bristles splay
