Is anyone else struggling with social media at the moment?

The pressure to post. The pressure to engage. Then the pressure to post again because the algorithm says you should.

It feels like you’re constantly expected to be creating, replying, filming, editing and showing up every single day. Sometimes I wonder if we’re spending more time trying to prove we’re running a business than actually running it.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities social media has given me, but lately it feels more exhausting than inspiring.

Please tell me I’m not the only one feeling this way?
