DONT BE !! HERE ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ‼️

Q. Will it hurt?
A. Many people do not mind the sensation at all and compare it often to tweezing . The only uncomfortable part is the first Few minutes - after that you are numbed !! Nothing to worry about 🙂

Q.Will they be big black slugs??
A. NO !!! First of all I will draw the shape and show you and if you want to change anything we can ofcourse. Next we will discuss colour and if you are unsure we can put a choice of colours on your skin to see what suits you best. When i do brows i try to make them as natural as possible. If you are looking for a more fake look i am not the girl for you.

Q.Will they go scabby?
A. Most of my clients find they get very little if any scabbing at all and if you do get any it will look a little more like a flakiness .

Q.How do i look after them?
A. Simple ! Wash them with warm soapy water as soon as you get home , then wash them a further 3 times that day. Then use bepanthen on them once a day for 10 days. Its also important to avoid the sun and when you are in the sun protect them with a min factor 30 (ideally 50).

Q.Why do i need to come back for a top up?
A. A top up is required 4 to 6 weeks after the initial treatment due to the fact that this is only half the depth of a traditional tattoo and it is totally normal to expect some patchiness and fading. Although many of my clients require very little on their top up we advsie that everyone comes back so we can ensure they are finished off perfectly. Some people may need more than one top up depending on skin type.

Q.How long do they last?
A. This depends a lot on your own lifestyle and skin type . If you have oily skin your skin will not retain the pigment as well as others- everyone is different and sadly this is something i can not control. If you use sunbeds or spend alot of time in the sun they will not last as long. For this reason we always recomend you use a SPF of a minimum of 30 (ideally 50) on your brows , this will also avoid your brows discolouring. Most people will like a colour refresh once a year however there will be a certain amount of pigment left in the skin for a few years and others will require a top up much sooner than the year.

Q.How old do i have to be?
A.Over 18 im afraid - it is the law the same as a tattoo.

Q.Can i get them done while im pregnant?
A.No , you pretty much aren't allowed to do anything cosmetic while you are pregnant.
It is totally normal to feel nervous about this treatment- after all it is on your face ! It is important to remember that we are changing the way you have looked at your face for many years so it can take a little time to get used to . They will look a lot darker when first done and this fades down after around a week. Brows done well will frame your face and can even take years off by opening your eyes up !!!
