Sarah first popped her head into the club to see what we were all about. She came along for a free wellness evaluation, had a chat about her goals, and decided to give it a go.

Fast forward just 4 and a half months and her results have been incredible:

As a busy yoga teacher Hut Yoga and mum, she was often feeling tired throughout the day and found herself eating at the wrong times.

On top of all that, Sarah’s sleep has improved, she’s feeling much sharper and clearer in the mind and loving the routine!

✨ 17 Years Apart ✨

The photo on the left was taken 17 years ago and if I’m honest, I often felt tired, lacked energy, and didn’t really understand nutrition. I wanted to make changes but had tried everything and never seemed to get the results I was looking for.

As a busy mortgage adviser, when the mortgage industry crashed, so did my routine and confidence.

I knew something needed to change, but I didn’t know where to start. I was exercising regularly, yet not seeing results and found myself reaching for chocolate, sweets, and binge eating when life got stressful.

Fast forward to today and at 53, my energy is amazing! Every day!
I’ve learned how to fuel my body with the right nutrition, eat at the right times and see the benefits of the exercise I’m doing.

And kept this routine now for 17 years!

I’ve lost:

🌿2 stone
🌿10 % Body Fat
🌿My metabolic age is now 15 years younger than my age at 38!
🌿Dropped 3 dress sizes

And kept it off now for 17 years!

🌟 Julie’s Wellness Journey – Repost Update 🌟

When Julie first came to our Nutrition Club in January, her goal was simple… to lose her baby weight, improve her nutrition and start feeling more like herself again.

After seeing one of our Facebook posts, she messaged us and booked a FREE Wellness Evaluation and Body Scan to find out where she was starting from.

Since then, Julie hasn’t looked back and has achieved some incredible results:

5.4kg (10lbs)
7% body fat
4.9% hydration up 🆙

Her (internal belly) fat has reduced by
1.5 litres.

Metabolic age is now 14 years younger!!
Showing just how much positive change has taken place 💫

What Julie loves most is that the journey has been simple to follow!
