I understand many of you are used to booking through Booksy and may assume the appointment is in Aldershot. However, your confirmation email does include the correct address in Basingstoke.

Recently, I have had a number of clients booking via Booksy and arriving in Aldershot instead of Basingstoke. I have done my best to reschedule these appointments over the past few weeks.

Going forward, if this happens, the deposit will be lost and a new appointment will need to be booked for the correct location, as I will no longer be able to reschedule in these cases.
