Please make sure you’re familiar with my cancellation and lateness policy before your appointment. Lately, I’ve had a few clients arriving late, and unfortunately I can’t continue to accommodate this.

I run fully booked clinic days, so even being 10–15 minutes late can have a knock-on effect on every client booked after you. I want to make sure everyone receives their full treatment time and the best possible service.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, and if you need to cancel or rearrange, give me as much notice as possible.
