Terms and conditions

Please read before booking an appointment:
1. Deposits
• A £5 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.
2. Travel & Call-Out Fees
• Services are provided within a 10-minute travel radius free of charge.
• Appointments outside this area will incur an additional travel fee, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new booking if sufficient notice is given.
4. Late Policy
• Please be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
5. Payment
• Remaining balances are due on the day of the appointment and must be paid in full via cash or agreed payment method.
6. Health & Safety
• Please ensure nails are free from existing polish or enhancements unless removal has been booked.
• If you have any nail or skin conditions, please inform me prior to your appointment.

My first set back since having LJ and, the doctors saying I had to stop early on in the year!
