Come with me to work on my last shift working in Memphis! It was a busy day giving fibrinolytics for a stroke and giving recommendations on intubation medications among other things not featured. The stroke team also threw me the best going away party with an Indian buffet and a cookie cake! I’ve loved this job and am sad to leave it, but know that moving back by family will make the sadness worth it.
