The perfect, simple Saturday. Facial yoga, cupping and gua sha class at the beautiful Abbot House with tutor Natalie and my lovely friend Jen. Followed by coffee and cake at Bo’ness Foreshore, ice cream for after dinner and a dog walk 🐩🐩 … sometimes it’s the simple things in life we value the most 🥰
