Last week, Becci and Julie visited Derby College to provide a demonstration of the Dermatherm RF Trio to Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty students. 💛

During the session, students were introduced to a range of treatments and products available through Silhouette Dermalift.
It was a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, and passion for the beauty industry with the next generation of professionals.

Becci and Julie also spoke about the many opportunities available within the beauty sector, from gaining qualifications and developing practical skills, to working within the industry, becoming self-employed, or progressing into education and training.

Last week, Julie was invited to attend The Manchester College Employer Celebration Event. 💛

Julie regularly works with colleges and training providers, delivering demonstrations, masterclasses and educational sessions designed to inspire the next generation of beauty professionals. Sharing industry knowledge and real-world experience helps students build confidence, develop their skills and gain a greater understanding of the opportunities available within the industry.

The event was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the impact that employers and educators can have in supporting students on their career journeys.

It was particularly inspiring to hear students share their own success stories and learn about the positive outcomes they have achieved through education and employer engagement. Although their career paths weren't within the beauty industry, their passion, determination and accomplishments were a great reminder of the value of investing in future talent.
