We wanted to try a subtle change and avoid overfilling, the bridge of the nose is narrow and it’s important to maintain the correct shape. Adding a small volume filler to the bridge of the nose gives a straighter look to the nose making it more attractive, added small volume to the lower part of the nose to further disguise the bump and then injection at the base of the nasal spine to give natural lift to the tip.

This procedure should be subtle and we treated and reviewed though-out the procedure ….less is more, the nose should be refined and perfected not enlarged.
