POV: people can’t tell if you had lip filler… they just think you look prettier.

Introducing my new signature technique:
Soft Lips 🤍

Designed for the girls who want:
• softness over sharpness
• elegance over exaggeration
• hydration, balance & subtle volume
• lips that heal beautifully and move naturally

This is not the ultra-defined “done” look.
Soft Lips are created to blend seamlessly with your facial features — so the result looks delicate, feminine and almost undetectable.

The kind of lips where people say:

“you look so fresh lately…”

…but they can’t quite tell why.

For this technique, I’ll now be working exclusively with INFINI Soft Lips+ — a product I specifically chose for its soft integration, elegant finish and natural healed results.

Less harsh borders.
Less stiffness.
More softness, light reflection & harmony.

Because good aesthetic work shouldn’t scream.
It should whisper. đź’‹đź’…

Most people talk about skincare.
Very few talk about the biological environment your skin actually lives in. đź’§

Hydration influences:
• skin barrier integrity
• inflammation levels
• circulation
• healing capacity
• collagen function
• overall skin quality over time

Your skin is living tissue — not just a surface.

And when the body becomes chronically dehydrated, the skin often shows it first: dullness, irritation, impaired healing, increased transepidermal water loss, and accelerated visible ageing.

This is especially important after aesthetic procedures like:
✨ filler
✨ microneedling
✨ laser
✨ skin boosters
✨ polynucleotides

Healthy skin heals differently.

Good skin is rarely built through skincare alone. It’s built through lifestyle, physiology, nervous system balance, nutrition, recovery… and yes, hydration. 🧬

Sometimes anti-ageing starts with something as simple as a glass of water. 🥂💧

“Russian lips always migrate.”
Do they… or were they simply overfilled, over-touched, or poorly executed? 👀

Top row:
This is my client’s lips 3 years after her FIRST 1ml.
No migration.
No shelf.
No lumps.
No overfilled “duck” effect.

Just soft, feminine structure that still moves naturally when smiling, pouting, and at rest.

Bottom row:
Immediately after a subtle 0.5ml refresh ✨

This is what happens when lip filler is approached like:
• anatomy
• biomechanics
• tissue respect
• product selection
• long-term planning

…not just “more ml”.

The problem was never the “Russian lip technique” itself.
The problem is when ANY technique is:
— overdone
— performed too superficially
— done with poor product choice
— repeated too frequently without respecting the tissue

A well-executed Russian lip can be:
Juicy. Elegant. Feminine. Structured. Timeless.

The goal should never be “big”.
The goal is harmony in motion.

At Onyx Atelier, I design lips not only for the photo at rest… but for how they behave during real facial expression, speech, smiling, and over YEARS of wear.

Because beautiful lips are not just volume.
They are architecture. 🧬

“Demonized” doesn’t always mean dangerous.
Sometimes it means misunderstood.

Tear trough filler is still one of my favourite treatments in aesthetic medicine when the patient is selected correctly, the product is chosen carefully, and the technique is performed with extreme precision.

This is not a “quick filler area.”
This is millimetre work.

The under-eye area is delicate, vascular, unforgiving, and technically demanding — which is exactly why I approach it with almost obsessive attention to detail. Those who have watched me work know… the room goes quiet, my breathing slows down, and for a moment it’s just me, the cannula, anatomy, and precision.

Because successful tear trough treatment is not about “filling a hollow.”
It’s about understanding:
• facial anatomy
• fat pad support
• ligament structure
• tissue quality
• light reflection
• product rheology
• and knowing when NOT to treat.

For this procedure, I work with Teosyal Redensity II — one of the very few fillers specifically designed and indicated for the delicate under-eye area. Its formula combines crosslinked and non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid together with amino acids, antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, allowing it to behave almost like a hybrid between a filler and a skin quality treatment.

Which means the result you see immediately after treatment is not the final result.

Over the following weeks, the product continues to integrate beautifully within the tissue as hydration and skin quality improve. The goal is never puffiness or heaviness. The goal is for somebody to look:
• fresher
• healthier
• more rested
• softer
without anyone being able to tell why.

Tear trough filler restores deep structural support on the periosteum. But if superficial creasing, thin skin, or poor tissue quality still remains after swelling settles, this is where regenerative treatments such as polynucleotides can elevate the result even further.

Right patient.
Right product.
Right depth.
Right amount.
Right movement.
Right restraint.
