Had an amazing time at the workshop with Anna Kłęska - the queen of sports massage in Poland 👑🔥

From becoming Polish Massage Champion to winning bronze at the World Massage Championships in Copenhagen, and even being a judge at the Polish Massage Championships, her knowledge and energy are on another level. I’ve never met someone with such a powerful and positive presence.

Last month I had the pleasure of attending another amazing workshop, this time with the incredible Kinga Jenei, focused on freestyle massage techniques.

Kinga is a multi-medalist, winner of multiple massage championships, and has been a judge for The International Massage Association across Europe and worldwide, but above all of that, she is one of the kindest and most genuine people you could meet.

It was such an honour to learn from her, and I’ve already started using some of her techniques with my clients. The feedback so far has been amazing!

I have to share a little career highlight with you all! 🤩

I recently had the chance to train with Jeppe Tengbjerg, the founder of the International Massage Association.

If you aren’t in the massage bubble, you might not know the name, but he’s basically the guy behind the biggest competitions out there, including the National UK Massage Championship 🇬🇧🏆

I’ll admit, it was a bit of a big deal for me. But despite being such a legend in the industry, Jeppe is incredibly down-to-earth and just a genuinely lovely guy.

We spent the workshop diving deep into the cervical spine (aka all that stubborn neck tension you guys are always asking me to fix!).

I walked away with some brilliant new techniques, and I honestly can’t wait to use them on you.
