Your neck is begging for this…
If you carry tension through your neck, shoulders or jaw, facial massage can be such an important part of a treatment.
For me, a facial isn’t always about doing more to the skin.
Sometimes the skin needs a more gentle approach, and sometimes the person in front of me needs a chance to properly switch off too.
Facial massage can help you slow down, release some of that tension and have a little time where you don’t have to think about anything else.
It’s one of the reasons I love including massage in my treatments — because looking after your skin and how you feel don’t always have to be separate.

Can we please normalise being a work in progress?
Having days when we feel lost. Starting again. Outgrowing a version of ourselves before we know who we’re becoming.
My dear, you don’t need to have it all together to be doing well. And you don’t have to become someone better every single day. Sometimes growth is resting, asking for help, or choosing to try again tomorrow.
To all my sisters who don’t feel like they’re enough: I see you. I feel it too. Be kind to yourself as you keep going. Feel the fear, take the small step, and give yourself permission to learn along the way.
I’m in another season of rebirth. This next chapter is about building health and creating wealth for my family. Giving my partner room to take a breath after so long being the responsible one. Building something my stepdaughters can inherit. Giving my mom a little less reason to worry about me.
And giving myself a life I feel well enough to enjoy.
For me, that starts with ordinary things: early mornings, keeping small promises to myself, eating more real food grown in the earth, and making time for friends who feel like family. Slower days that leave me feeling restored.
I’m learning to trust that I can be grateful for who I am and still make room for who I want to become.
What are you working towards in this chapter of your life? 🤍

Bedtime reading, for anyone wanting to fact check this tending massage modality
I adore working with the Lymph, I don’t like so much however the increasingly BS overhyped and frankly dangerous body shaming that’s becoming part of the rhetoric right now
Girls who look 14 years old, in marketing campaigns walking around the house sad, size 4 pushing there tummy’s out… then on the old half of the screen them walking around (possibly breathing in) with ribs and lungs showing as if this is the standard you need to aim for TO BE HAPPY!
I can hear my internal guide screaming NOOOO, not again and alas… hundreds start liking it within hours
Are you okay with this? Because as a practitioner who treats some pretty amazing people often at times of their life when they are vulnerable I AM NOT.
So rather than naming or shaming, I’ve created a guide to support others to know the ins and the outs of what is an incredible treatment, but it has its limits.
Got a skin goal, seeing trends and don’t know what to believe? I’m here for you, DM me and let’s fact check he industry together
Share your help others learn, like if you want more of this and comment if you need anything at all.
Truth, Trust and Treatments are my vibe
Love,

Lymphatic drainage is about so much more than simply adding another step to your facial.
The lymphatic system plays an important role in helping your body move fluid and clear waste, and gentle lymphatic techniques can be a lovely addition to a treatment.
I often think about the bigger picture when I’m treating your skin.
Hydration, movement, stress, sleep, travel and changes in routine can all influence how your skin looks and feels.
That’s why your treatment isn’t just about what’s happening on the surface.
Sometimes your skin needs more.
Sometimes it needs less.
And sometimes gentle massage and lymphatic drainage can be exactly what your treatment needs that day.
It’s all about understanding the skin in front of me and choosing the right approach for you.

Why are you even still thinking about it ♥️👸🏼

It scares me, and it should scare you too.
Yesterday, travelling to London, I spent far too long doomscrolling on the train and underground 🙈
My feed was full of skincare advice. Some brilliant. Some that made me want to delete socials altogether, comment a rant or drop a regrettable DM. I choose to write this post instead.
Because after Another “must-have” active. Another dramatic before-and-after. Another expert with something to sell.
But what do they actually know about your skin?
Even working in this industry, it felt overwhelming. I can only imagine how confusing it feels when you just want your skin to improve.
So here are six skincare jump scares I wish we questioned more. Swipe through 👀
And if you’ve fallen for convincing marketing, please don’t feel silly. It’s persuasive for a reason.
My approach starts with you: your skin, your history and your routine. Sometimes the best next step is doing less.
