Remember blondes can be high maintenance and keeping your blonde means you need to follow a routine:

5 things every blonde should do at home ✨

1️⃣ Use the shampoo & conditioner your hairdresser recommends

2️⃣ Don’t shampoo every day
Over-washing can make your colour fade faster and leave blonde hair feeling dry

3️⃣Turn down the water temperature 🚿
Hot water can make colour fade much quicker

4️⃣Always use heat protection 🔥
Whether you're blow-drying, curling or straightening, or just out in the sun, heat protection is essential

5️⃣Give your hair some extra TLC
Use your recommended treatment regularly and don't overload your hair with purple shampoo. More purple doesn't mean more blonde!

Through the Green Salon Collective, we repurpose and recycle salon waste wherever possible.

Hair can be used for things such as hair mats, composting and gardening, artwork, wigs and even waterway clean-ups. 🌱

Every service at Bliss includes a £1 Green Fee

That small contribution means that every single one of you is helping us make more sustainable choices and support brilliant initiatives, including Haircuts 4 Homeless, which provides free haircuts and a moment of care and connection for people experiencing homelessness ❤️

We also work with Hubba, a Waste to Energy Management company, who collect and manage our dry recyclables. Anything that genuinely can’t be recycled is diverted from landfill and instead used to generate energy ⚡

Is Bliss perfect? Absolutely not.

But we make better choices every day.

Because when lots of small choices are made consistently, they really do add up 🌍

Step 5

Once all the steps are completed, perfect the look by using a weave it tool.

This adds the perfect finishing touch to the boho style and creates those effortless flowing strands of hair that are actually perfectly placed for balance 🤍



Step 4

Tie the end of your rope twists with an elastic band to secure in place and make sure the style stays in.

Step 3

Twist the hair into place.

This captures all the shorter layers and keeps the style looking boho without falling out.

Keep the twists soft and gently tease out.



Step 2

With a wide tooth comb, gently tease out the top section over the crown.

This creates a soft twisted shape to start building your boho style.

If the hair is very short, you can add a small elastic band to secure the sections over the crown into place without them becoming loose and falling out later.



Step 1

Prep the hair with a wand to create a soft boho wave.

I used a 19mm wand here.

Tease out the curls with a wide tooth comb, so this gently to keep the softness of the curl without creating frizz.
