✨ Sound Bath Evening ✨

Saturday 21st March
5:00pm – 6:00pm
His & Hers | Ambleside

Join me for a gentle, nurturing hour of rest and reset.

This sound bath is an invitation to slow down, regulate your nervous system and soften back into yourself. Through crystal singing bowls, soft chimes and grounding shamanic drumming, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation — a space to release tension, quiet the mind and simply receive.

I am a certified sound practitioner, and I hold these sessions with intention, care and a deep respect for the healing power of sound.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported 🤍

£20 per person

Hey! I’m Tyler, your alternative cut-and-colour enthusiast ✂️🎨

I’m a self-employed artist from Yorkshire, visiting His & Her’s every 4-6 weeks to keep all your vivids, bold transformations, and alternative cuts fresh and fearless. I specialise in the weird, the wonderful, and the “I’ve always wanted to try this!” moments.

Outside of the salon, I’m always creating, whether that’s drawing, playing guitar, or dreaming up the next colour combo.

As a vegan stylist, I keep everything cruelty-free without compromising on incredible results. My chair is an inclusive, judgement-free, affirming space where everyone is welcome 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌱
