I have returned from my holidays, after a very eventful return trip 🙈.
I have put on some extra appointment spaces this week to make up for being away, so if you or someone you know is needing to get that ni**le sorted, head on over to the website and get yourself in the diary!

☀️ Hot weather update for our patients ☀️

In case you've missed it- there's a heatwave! We wanted to provide a quick update for patients attending appointments over the coming days.

❄️ Our treatment rooms in Amesbury are air conditioned, however some areas of our clinics can still become quite warm during periods of extreme heat. The Wilton clinic remains quite cool (the joys of older buildings!)

💧 We would encourage all patients to bring a bottle of water with you and to ensure you stay well hydrated before attending your appointment.

If you are clinically vulnerable, are struggling in the heat, or would simply prefer to move your appointment to a cooler day or time, please do get in touch. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you wish to rearrange your appointment.

For patients booked on Wednesday afternoon where temperatures are forecast to be highest, we are monitoring both the weather forecast and our diary closely. If temperatures remain particularly high, we may release additional appointments later on Friday evening to offer more flexibility around the cooler times in the week.

Finally, a gentle reminder that our team are doing their very best to keep everyone safe and comfortable during this exceptionally warm weather, including ourselves! As such, we may take additional short breaks to stay hydrated and cool, so we would be grateful for your patience and understanding if there are any brief delays.

The last 1 hour slots remaining for June!

Thank you all for keeping me so busy, and trusting me with your hard working bodies!

These are the last full hour slots for the month, but there are a few 30minute slots dotted around for any tune ups or a quick relaxation massage, reflexology, some medical acupuncture, injury management….

I will be away for the first few days of July so do get any follow ups in the diary for when I return so you don’t end up waiting weeks!

We don’t charge extra for needles, tape, nice oil, cupping, it’s all included within the cost of treatment!
